Before using Sheerly inserts, make sure your breasts are clean and dry. Avoid makeup, oil, lotion, or other body products, as these can affect the adhesive's effectiveness. First, put on your clothing, then place the inserts onto the garment. Finally, scoop your breasts and stick them onto the inserts to secure them in place.

Carefully peel off the insert, starting from the top edge, and slowly remove it from your breast. Repeat this process for the other side. For optimal preservation, store Sheerly inserts in their protective films immediately after use.

To clean the inserts:

1. **Hand wash only**; do not machine wash or dry.

2. Use your fingertips to gently clean the adhesive, avoiding fingernails.

3. Rinse with warm water to remove residue.

4. Carefully shake off excess water and lightly press to squeeze out remaining water.

5. Air dry in a dust-free area.

6. Once dry, reapply protective films to prevent dust and lint.

After cleaning and the inserts are dry, reapply the protective film to the inserts and store them in their original packaging (satin sachet). Keep them in a cool, dark place away from dust and debris.
